As Gilbane Conference attendees gathered for post-conference cocktails late this afternoon in Boston, I began mining the #gilbane hashtag from my office in snowy Boulder. The Twitter feed was three-days deep with insights from the likes of Margo Bloomstein, Colleen Jones, Joe Pulizzi, and many others, so unearthing 140-character gems was easy. More difficult was deciding which ones to leave out.
